General Terms and Conditions of Sale

ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded via the website https://camille-manon.com/ .

ARTICLE 2: ORDERS

Automatic recording systems are considered proof of the nature and content of the order. Camille & Manon® confirms acceptance of the order to the email address provided by the customer. The sale will be concluded upon validation of payment by Camille & Manon® , either at the time of payment validation for orders paid online by credit card, or upon receipt of payment by check.

Camille & Manon® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment for a previous order.

ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website.
The availability indicated at the time of consultation by the customer depends on our stock and that of our suppliers.

Our catalogue is enriched with information from our suppliers; therefore, some items may not be immediately available.
Only products that are permanently out of stock will be removed from our offer.

In case of unavailability after ordering, the customer will be informed by email or on the invoice.

Delivery times:

The delivery time is specified when ordering, based on product availability and the chosen delivery method.
In case of delay, the customer can cancel their order.

Special case - Pre-orders:

Some products are available for pre-order with a publication date provided by the publisher. This date is indicative and subject to change. Camille & Manon® will ship the products as soon as they become available.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE

Prices are expressed in euros net, excluding delivery charges.
They can be modified at any time, but the products are billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is registered.

All orders are invoiced and payable in euros.
Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery charges include a contribution towards preparation, packaging and postage costs.
Orders must be grouped: two separate orders will result in two separate delivery charges.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT

Several payment methods are available to ensure maximum security:

Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY

We deliver to your home or to a collection point.
The delivery times include order processing and shipping.

Delivery is estimated to take between 5 and 10 days from the shipping confirmation email.
These delivery times are indicative and do not bind Camille & Manon® .

ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The products offered are new and guaranteed against any defects.
They are identical to those found in traditional stores.

In case of non-conformity or defect, the buyer has 15 working days to request an exchange or a refund.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents.

The buyer must provide a description and photos of the defect to contact@camille-manon.com .

In the event of cancellation, Camille & Manon® will reimburse the customer within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISK

Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer only after full payment of the price.
Product risks are transferred upon delivery.

ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Camille & Manon® is the producer and owner of the site's databases.
Any substantial extraction or reuse of the data is prohibited without express authorization.

ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY

Product descriptions are based on information provided by the publishers. Camille & Manon® cannot be held responsible for their content.

In the event of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.), Camille & Manon® cannot be held responsible.

The products comply with current British legislation.
Camille & Manon® declines all responsibility in case of non-compliance in another country.
