Return policy
Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your product, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will issue an immediate refund.
We only process orders after a 24-hour delay to allow time for correcting any errors or making changes requested by customers. After this period, if the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to cancel it until the product has been delivered, received, and returned to the address provided.
To return a product, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be sent to the address we will provide.
Certain product categories are non-returnable. We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary products. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
To process a return, we will verify that it is indeed your order using your order number and/or the information used during the purchase (usually your email address).
Return confirmation
Two options are available to validate a return:

We confirm receipt of the package at the return address provided.

You send us a scan or photo as proof that the package has been returned.
In all cases, the shipment must not be addressed to the manufacturer. A postal receipt or shipping slip may be accepted as proof.
We may ask you to wait for actual receipt of the product, rather than just proof of purchase, before processing the refund. An inspection of the package may be required before processing.
If you receive a defective product and request a refund but refuse to provide a photo of the product received, we will ask you to ship the item to a specific address for inspection.
The refund will only be issued after receipt and verification of the returned item. If, upon inspection, the item is deemed to be in good condition, we will inform you with photos and/or videos, and we will refuse the refund.
This may seem strict, but due to dishonest behavior by some individuals, we are compelled to implement these measures. We apologize for this severity and assure you that every request is handled with the utmost care.
Refund procedure
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is accepted, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a timeframe that depends on your bank. We will notify you as soon as we have initiated the process on our end.
In case of late or missing reimbursement:

Next, contact your credit card issuer (there may be a delay before the refund is officially registered).

We understand that these steps may seem tedious, but they allow us to process your requests efficiently and fairly.
Sale items
If a refund is granted for a discounted item, it will be made on the discounted price paid and not on the price without promotion.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a voucher will be sent to you by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver had the item delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the buyer and they will be notified of the return.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.
