Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we will no longer be able to offer a refund or exchange.
If you change your mind within 24 hours of your order, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Orders are only processed after a 24-hour grace period, allowing customers to correct an error or request a modification. Once this period has passed and the order has been processed, it will no longer be possible to cancel it until the product has been delivered, received, and then returned to the address we will provide.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return address will be provided to you once your return request is approved.
Some products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for intimate items or hygiene products. Gift cards are also neither refundable nor exchangeable.
To verify your return request, we may ask for your order number and the information used during the purchase, such as your email address.
Return Validation
A return can be validated in two ways:

We confirm receipt of the returned package at the return address;

You provide a photograph or a copy of the shipping receipt proving that the package has been sent.
Returned items must never be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Proof of shipment or a postal receipt may be accepted as proof of dispatch.
In some cases, we may require receipt of the product before processing the refund. We may also inspect the returned product before approving the refund.
If you receive a defective product and request a refund without providing photographs of the defect, we may ask you to return the product for inspection.
Refunds will only be issued after receipt and verification of the returned product.
If the inspection reveals that the product is not defective or is in good condition, we may provide photographic and/or video evidence and refuse the refund request.
We understand that these measures may seem strict. Unfortunately, due to previous fraud attempts, they are necessary to protect both our customers and our business. Each request is carefully and fairly reviewed.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method.
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or financial institution.
We will inform you as soon as the refund has been initiated.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

Sale Items
When a refund is approved for an item with a discount, the refund will be based on the price actually paid and not on the initial recommended retail price.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items.

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to your address, you will receive a credit note corresponding to the value of the returned product.
Once the product is received, a purchase voucher will be sent to you by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the buyer received the product before giving it to you, the refund will be made to the original buyer, who will be informed of the return.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs related to the return of products are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
In case of a refund, any applicable return shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
The time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.
