The electronic records of orders kept by our systems constitute proof of the nature and content of the order.
Cessoria® will confirm the acceptance of your order by email to the address provided during payment.
The sale will be considered concluded after payment validation by Cessoria®, which means:

after effective receipt of payment when payment by check has been accepted.
Cessoria® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom a dispute concerning a previous order exists.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our products and their prices remain valid as long as they are displayed on the website.
The availability of products indicated on the site is based on both our stock and that of our suppliers.
As our catalog is regularly updated based on information provided by our partners, some products may temporarily become unavailable.
Only definitively discontinued products will be removed from the catalog.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email or on their invoice.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout and depend on product availability and the chosen delivery method.
In case of significant delay, the customer may request the cancellation of their order.
Pre-orders
Some products may be offered for pre-order with an estimated availability date communicated by the supplier.
These dates are indicative only and may be subject to change.
Cessoria® will ship pre-ordered products as soon as they become available.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICE
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rate displayed at the time of order validation.
All orders are billed and payable in euros.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges include a contribution to the costs of preparing, packaging, and shipping orders.
Each order is processed individually. Several distinct orders placed by the same customer will therefore incur separate delivery charges.

ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All products supplied by Cessoria® are new and benefit from a warranty against manufacturing defects.
They correspond to products usually offered in traditional distribution channels.
If a product has a defect or does not match your order, you have 15 business days to request an exchange or refund.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, instructions, and any documentation.

When the customer exercises their legal right of withdrawal, Cessoria® will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 days following the receipt of the returned products.
Unless otherwise stipulated by law, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 9 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISKS
Ownership of the goods is transferred to the customer only after full payment has been received.
The risks associated with the products are transferred to the customer upon delivery.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
Cessoria® is the producer and owner of the databases present on the website.
Any substantial extraction, reproduction, or reuse of the content of the databases is prohibited without prior written authorization.
ARTICLE 11 – GOVERNING LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as all transactions carried out via this website, are governed by applicable law.
ARTICLE 12 – CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The customer expressly waives the right to rely on their own terms of purchase.
