Returns & Refunds Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Orders are only processed after a 24-hour grace period, allowing customers to correct any mistakes or request changes. Once this period has passed and your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it until the item has been delivered, received by you, and returned to the address we provide.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Certain products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
To verify your return request, we may ask for your order number and/or the information used when placing the order, such as your email address.
Return Approval
There are two ways a return can be validated:

We confirm receipt of the returned parcel at the return address.

You provide a scanned copy or photograph proving the parcel has been sent back.
Returned items must not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
A postal receipt or proof of postage may be accepted as evidence of dispatch.
In some cases, we may require the returned item to arrive before processing your refund. We may also inspect the returned item before approving a refund.
If you receive a defective product and request a refund but choose not to provide photographs of the defect, we may ask you to return the item for inspection.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the inspection shows that the item is not defective or is in good condition, we will provide photographic and/or video evidence and decline the refund request.
We understand that these measures may appear strict. Unfortunately, due to previous fraudulent claims, they are necessary to protect both our customers and our business. Every request is reviewed carefully and fairly.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
We will notify you as soon as we have initiated the refund.

Sale Items
Where a refund is approved for a discounted item, the refund will be based on the price actually paid, not the original full retail price.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the purchaser had the item delivered to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be informed of the return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
