Terms and Conditions of Sale
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on the website:
ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS
The electronic records of orders kept by our systems constitute proof of the nature and content of the order.
Cessoria® will confirm acceptance of your order by email to the address provided at checkout.
The sale will be considered final once payment has been validated by Cessoria®, that is:
after payment authorisation for orders paid online by card;
after actual receipt of payment where payment by cheque has been accepted.
Cessoria® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom a dispute relating to a previous order exists.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our products and their prices remain valid for as long as they are displayed on the website.
Product availability shown on the site is based on both our stock and that of our suppliers.
As our catalogue is regularly updated based on information provided by our partners, some products may temporarily become unavailable.
Only permanently discontinued products will be removed from the catalogue.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed by email or on their invoice.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on product availability and the delivery method chosen.
In the event of a significant delay, the customer may request cancellation of their order.
Pre-orders
Some products may be offered for pre-order with an estimated availability date provided by the supplier.
These dates are given for information only and may be subject to change.
Cessoria® will ship pre-ordered products as soon as they become available.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time; however, products will be invoiced on the basis of the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
All orders are invoiced and payable in euros.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges remain the customer's responsibility.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges include a contribution towards the cost of preparing, packaging and shipping orders.
Each order is processed individually. Several separate orders placed by the same customer will therefore each incur separate delivery charges.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

All online payments are secured using SSL encryption.
No banking information or payment data is stored or processed directly on our website.
Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been authorised by your bank or payment provider.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
We deliver to residential addresses as well as certain pick-up points where available.
Estimated delivery times include both order processing and transport.
Delivery is generally estimated at 5 to 10 working days from receipt of your shipping confirmation email.
These timeframes are provided for information only and do not constitute a contractual commitment on the part of Cessoria®.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All products supplied by Cessoria® are new and covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.
They correspond to products normally offered through standard distribution channels.
If a product is defective or does not match your order, you have 15 working days to request an exchange or refund.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, instructions and any documentation.
To make a claim, please provide a description of the issue along with supporting photographs to:
Where the customer exercises their legal right of withdrawal, Cessoria® will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products.
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
ARTICLE 9 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership of the goods is transferred to the customer only once payment has been received in full.
Risk relating to the products is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
Cessoria® is the producer and owner of the databases present on the website.
Any substantial extraction, reproduction or reuse of the content of these databases is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
ARTICLE 11 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, along with all transactions carried out via this website, are governed by the applicable law.
ARTICLE 12 – CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The customer expressly waives the right to rely on their own purchase conditions.
Cessoria® reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without prior notice.
